Pork meat shredded and seasoned with the traditional pibil, vacuum packed in a pouch bag and subjected to thermal treatment until commercial sterility.

Ingredients:

Pork, lard, water, tomato paste, achiote, garlic, spices, iodized salt, vinegar and soy fiber.
